The Indelicates:"Julia We Don't Live In The '60s" (Weekender) A pseudo political song about the personal and the social. Somehow I think their tongues are in their cheeks. Typical indie-pop fare from the label that specialize in indie from England, Austria and Germany. May appeal to fans of Hefner. (Ant's gonna start crying if I don't take this off soon...just as the pseudo Gospel with Handclaps kick in).Available on both 7" and CD.TRACKLISTING:

JUST OUTSIDE OF BRIGHTON THEY HAVE HAD A SINGLE OUT PREVIOUSLY ON
NORWEIGAN BASED LABEL SAD GNOME RECORDS ‘WE HATE THE KIDS’ AND A TOUR
EP FROM A GERMAN TOUR IN EARLY 2007. THEY HAVE A HUGE FAN IN EDDIE
ARGOS OF ART BRUT FAME WHO THINKS THEY ARE THE BEST BAND IN THE COUNTRY
AT PRESENT. JULIA WAS PREVIOUSLY THE 4TH GIRL IN THE PIPETTES BUT IS
NOT KEEN TO REFERENCE THIS. THE BAND OBTAINED A LITTLE NOTORIETY BY
HAVING A TRACK ACROSS THE INTERNET CALLED ‘WAITING FOR PETE DOHERTY TO
DIE’ LAST YEAR.
