Air Traffic: "Shooting Star" sounds like some overly emotional outpouring catering for bored housewives and some record company marketing exec who says: "if you could sound more like Coldplay, Keane or Travis"...or some such bullshit in the hope they'll shift some units. On 2 x 7" and CD!

For Air Traffic, 2007 has so far seen a host of UK tours, with Ghosts and Pigeon Detectives, a couple of headline stretches, their first tour dates in Ireland, Europe and the US and the first single release proper ‘Charlotte', on 26th March which charted at number 33.

The follow up single ‘Shooting Star’ is set for release on the 18th June and the much-anticipated debut album – Fractured Life for release on the July 2nd. The band have a number of festivals confirmed along with more touring throughout the summer and into the autumn.
