OVERVIEW: 14th Floor Records are proud to release a very limited edition, numbered 7 inch of 'Be Here Now' by Ray LaMontagne on June 18th. The first single to be taken from his critically acclaimed album 'Till The Sun Turns Black'. Ray LaMontagne’s UK Top 5 debut album, 'Trouble', has sold over 400,000 copies in the UK alone. Ray was nominated for Best International Breakthrough Act at this year’s Brit Awards. His second album, 'Till The Sun Turns Black' has a full release on 18th June, following the Friday night’s broadcast of his BBC2 Special, along with the highly limited vinyl single release of 'Be Here Now'. The album received several early reviews, including a four-star review from Q, which described 'Till The Sun Turns Black' as a "mesmerising, beautiful record". Word has said the album puts LaMontagne in a "class of his own".
