Discover ‘Under The Sun’, the highlight of the Junior Boys’ first album ‘Last Exit’, in its live form. The heat is on.·The live in the studio session was recorded in September in the middle of the band’s US tour, at Bad Habit Recordings, San Francisco, produced and engineered by Gordon Brislawn. The session features the band recording with the drummer from their live show, David Foster, and ‘Under The Sun’, a live favourite, was captured in its extended glory. The track is all about slow preparation and deliberate movements, picking up and putting down each guitar note like a girl choosing an outfit in front of the mirror, while Jeremy Greenspan’s inviting whispers (“It’s a sweet one / Under the sun”) sound like a lover’s voice pulling her towards their anticipated meet up.·
