Sonar Base - Sonar Bases 4-10

Sonar Bases 4-10 by Sonar Base

"In 1997 I was fortunate to come across and obtain a copy of the Sonar Base double album on Utrecht based label, U-Trax
which, at the time was unlike a lot of electro releases as it crossed over into Detroit music, slow breakbeats and tight, futuristic
Electro. There was something on this album for every party I have ever played, so it found a permanent home in my record
box. I hooked up with Frank De Groodt a couple of years ago and released some new Sonar Base material. Most people missed
the original U-Trax double pack on its release and it’s one of those mythical records that many people have heard played out,
but not many own, so I asked Frank if he was happy to re-master and release it on CD. He was well into the idea and got to
work! I think any techno or electro fan should listen to this album, there is guaranteed to be something on there you like but
hopefully, like me you’ll just enjoy this album in it’s entirety!"
