The second MONOLAKE album "Interstate"was originally released in 1999 . The CD has been out of print for a couple of years and this re-release is in  a newly designed digipack and with a new mastering. The mastering, executed with outstanding dedication by RASHAD BECKER, is more then just a technical process, it is an esthetic statement. While the album itself is very digital and clean, the new mastering has been done entirely with selected analog equipment, resulting in a crunchier, darker and warmer atmosphere. MONOLAKE - Interstate, an essential release of this summer and a must have item for everyone into electronic music.
