Debut release from Canadian five peice Jets Overhead on Cargos' in-house label Sweet Nothing.An album of laid back guitar grooves and beautiful uplifting songs, the bands hypnotic take on trance rock  draws on influences as varied as the Velvet Underground, My Bloody Valentine , Spiritualised and The Mamas and the Papas. Released in Canada in 2006 to critical and commercial acclaim , import copies into the U.K saw Rough Trade Shop pick it as their record of the week .This year  the band  was nominated in Canada for a Juno  (Canadian equivalent of the grammy) for Best New Group whilst their appearance at this years at SXSW had ABC News pick them as one of the groups to watch in their next big thing list
