Faris Nourallah with his 4th album 'Il Suo Cuore Di Transistor' in the most excellent elaborate packaging. Foldy things here and there and inside one of the foldy flaps is a clutch of postcards featuring lyrics and images and that. Well tasty! Faris has had releases on a number of labels inc Western Vinyl and for those who don't know he's a singer songwriter type dude who veers along the pop side of quirky things. I reckon this will appeal to fans of Richard Swift, Plush, Calexico etc. It's good stuff yah01 Black Car / 02 I’ll Be The Change / 03 Chaos / 04 Rewrite History / 05 Lifeboat / 06 Raining / 07 Dreamkillers / 08 Face In The Wind / 09 Move On / 10 Break Your Wovs / 11 Dreamgirl / 12 But Not Tomorrow / 13 Don’t Kiss / 14 Tell Me Secrets / 15 (Don’t Smoke)

Notes: Recorded and mixed by Faris Nourallah
Played, recorded and mixed all by himself in the inner of his house, the esothic entitled album "Il Suo Cuore Di Transistor" is probably Faris Nourallah's best album to date. "Il Suo Cuore Di Transistor" is an heartbreaking melody, is an infectious groove, is an unexpected sonic solution, is an emotional journey. This is the record that proves that the sky is the only limit for Faris' talent. On graphic side, the front/back cover has been handpainted by the talented and multilingual (!) Paco Felici basing on the concept of the record and realized through the Paco's loved theme of the 'robot'. An impressive and unique touch to enrich the new stunning collection of songs. Furthermore, for the first time ever, you'd read the 'Transistor Heart' words on a booklet.
