A split, clear pressing 10" on Gravity Dip features Dave House and Jenny Owen Youngs. Two songs each one, Houses' s very Beatlesque, chiming jangly guitars and harmonies. Owens Youngs comes over all singer songwriter, stripped down approach much like Morrisette, Regina Spektor. Second track is a cover of the Nelly hip-hop track

26 year old singer/songwriter DAVE HOUSE spent most of 2006 playing in his newly-formed hardcore punk band The Steal, releasing their self titled
début album and a split with California's Set Your Goals. Dave's second solo album 'See That No One Else Escapes' brings together the punk rock background and vocal approach of The Weakerthans, the pop sensibilities and depth of bands like Death Cab For Cutie / The Get Up Kids and an incredibly honest and occasionally comedic stripped down live show reminiscent of Billy Bragg. It features nine brand new tracks plus established live favourite 'Trafalgar Square To Anywhere' and 'Shiver', previously only available on the long sold out Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly split. For fans of: Damien Rice, Tom Vek, Postal Service, The Weakerthans
