Anechoic - Video Killed Us All

Video Killed Us All by Anechoic

"ANECHOIC are a Leeds 4-piece who sound like Elbow armed with distortion pedals" (The Fly)
Having just toured with Embrace, Anechoic are set to release their new 4 track mini CD. "Video Killed Us All" - part electronica, part rock song, part pop track blended into a unique mix that showcases perfectly Anechoic's eclectic format. "Walking In Mud" highlights the unique vocal talents of Rob Leach with a track that pulses and drives - crafted arrangements creating a stunning song that is reminiscent of Elbow at their finest. The EP is completed with the equally eclectic "Conversation Killer" (that shifts between driving guitars and dreamy soundscapes) and sample driven pop of "Mexicon 1"
Hard to categorise but easy to love, Anechoic are the band that make your ipod shuffle redundant.
