Brand new LP from Tara Burke’s Fursaxa project is a beautiful forest of long organ drones, what could almost be field recordings of Ameri-Indian peyote ceremonies, deep bells of choral vox and boneyard percussion (that at points has a real clunky/beautiful Harry Partch feel) and great guitar led madrigals in the vein of Nico and Erica Pomerance. Recorded in Philadelphia and Finland (the latter sessions being overseen by Sami from Fonal/Es). Limited edition of 950 copies in hard card sleeves with a full-colour fold-out poster featuring art by Tara.
