The Scaramanga Six - The Dance Of Death

The Dance Of Death by The Scaramanga Six

The Dance of Death' is the fourth long-player from The Scaramanga Six. This album contains 10 slabs of evil pop bastardry including the preposterous recent single 'Baggage'. It was recorded sporadically during 2006 in a remote farmhouse cottage, somewhere near Salisbury by Sir Tim Smith of the Cardiacs for a budget of about 2 and a half grand - and not a penny more. The subject matter dealt with by this album varies from the sinister to the macabre, then back again via the kitchen sink. The band does most of their lurking in and around the drizzly Yorkshire town of Huddersfield.
