What the label says:The static brothers recently decided to evaluate their record collection. The collection was perused and what we needed was more guitars, more Steve Hillage, more 3 minute prog, more wigging out, more FOCUS, more instrumental head down fiddling and above all ass-kicking musicians !! So we put an advert on a card in the local Post Office and be return post came a cassette in a home-made cover with a faint smell of patchouli oil by the Yellow Moon Band. A release we guarantee will sound better if you’re wearing a bottle green velvet jacket. Our call for the un-cool to get cool, and burn the generic pop kid’s world to the ground! This is the first release by the Yellow Moon Band. The band are playing the Twisted Folk show at the Arts Depot on April 21st and will for sure be playing the Green Man Festival in summer.For fans of Voice of the Seven Woods, Jo and Danny and last years most underrated TV show Saxondale. Arrives in the shops in mega limited dinked 7" vinyl designed by Jon Clee. |
