SNOW PATROL are bad enough on their own but they've been remixed and cocked about with by Stone Lions or something and it's the worse dance remix you can imagine. Music like this shouldn't happen. You can't remix bands like Coldplay and Snow Patrol. It is an accident waiting to happen.... like making toast in the bath or skiing in pine forests blindfolded. Numpty music."Eddy has turned one of our heads-down rockers into thumps up dance floor belter. It’s twisted genius and we love it. It feels like it works, it looks like it works, and by hell it just fucking works!" - Gary Lightbody, Snow Patrol
Charging in like a bull in a china shop, the first taster of Eddy TM’s forth coming ‘Dance Rock’ LP is set to alight sound systems from Lebanon to London. Unleashed on both 12" and limited edition 7" for those who seek that special slice of wax.
Kicking things off, long time Botchit & Scarper bass bin shakers Deekline & Wizard pull out the knee dropper ‘Woah’. With its mammoth size beats, space age acid tweaks and bass so low that it could bring the toughest rugby team to their knees, this could be the duo’s best work to date!
On the flip side we get taken on an express trip to a world where dance meets rock, and stadium Indie giants Snow Patrol get the electronic make over thanks to our main man Eddy TM. His remix of their standout track ‘Wow’ has
never before been available and features exclusively here on ‘Dance Rocks’.
Clipping at Snow Petrol’s heels, top-flight producer Snow Lions (Bjork, South, Adam Freeland) storms the floor with the filthy grinding rock beast that is ‘Transitions’, where dirty electro stabs do battle with distorted guitar hooks as haunted period vocals weave in and out.
"Delays worship at the Temple-Morris, where music be the food of love." - Aaron, Delays
