Idlewild are back with their 6th album which they recorded in just six weeks in Edinburgh with long time producer Dave Eringa and sees more of a return to the more based sound reminiscent of earlier releases. The first single from the album ‘If It Takes You Home’, was released as a 7” & download limited release on 4th December which the NME described as a ‘virulent gut-punch of a comeback…..a Pixies flecked ramalama rock blastathon’. This is a ten track album which will re-affirm the quality regard in which they are held amongst the independent fraternity.
