Who are THE SEXUAL OBJECTS landing on my table with 2 slabs of quirky 60's inspired indie rock. AH! this is Davey Henderson from The Fire Engines, Win & Nectarine No.9 and there's a quirky hip swivelling feel to these loose, strummy retro tinged tunes, plus the whole history of Scots pop flowing through it's veins. It's not hugely original but there's deffo a passion there. This does not sound remotely anything like the unhinged cowbell/buzzsaw clatter of his first band so ignore any reviews that inform you otherwise. They've not listened to the bloody thing!
