THE LOVEKEVINS are a curious hybrid of euphoric dreampop & electronica that could well appeal to fans of Death Cab for Cutie & The Postal Service, maybe Maps too. They're a very competent & fresh sounding band, effortlessly blending a danceable, slightly Caribbean flecked groove with sing song lyrics & eccentric electronic sounds to make a rather irresistible perfect pop song called ''Private Life of a Cat'. They're Swedish so therefore have the knack of sounding Scando box fresh like a dreamy subversive radio band. A good start to the week if you like to indulge yourself in indie joyland heaven!
