CLEAN GEORGE IV with First Blast Of The Trumpet against the monstrous regiment of woman. What a title for such a straightforward song. have a listen yourself. Not a bad job and would benefit form a few listens with some dueling guitars going on and B-sides got some good lyrics on. These guys have put a lot of thought into their image and tunes so it might be worth checking them out. (phil says Gumball and early 90's US alt rock )
Debut single from Clean George IV formed out of the ashes of Serial P.O.P (B-Unique Records). Influences: The Fall/ Ultravox. Together for little under a year, this lot have already supported the likes of Clor and Babyshambles (this summer) who they should be supporting again soon. The single is currently Colin Murrays Single Of The Week, with XFM due to pick up next week.
