This record left our Brian feeling sad.

However, THE TERMINALS are the worst idea ever invented. I think they are terminal. A terminal illness. I know their singer hates me anyway & the drummer never, ever smiles. I get the impression he'd rather be watching the X-Factor final than talking to me. You see, these men are chancers, pushing 40. They're about as challenging as Jet. Please don't be fooled by this marketing scam. This is shit pub rock from Leeds. They all have names like Phil Angry & Arnie Bumcrack. The most fucking shocking thing about this travesty is that the guitarist & drummer once played in a rather special 4AD band called Pale Saints, who made a spine tinglingy wonderful debut album called 'The Comforts of Madness'. I implore you not to buy this awful waste of vinyl & hunt a used copy of that down instead. Double Dragon, you should be bloody ashamed of yourselves! At least Lorimer (their previous new wave incarnation) were funny....
