I've never got THE EARLIES at all. So far the only thing I quite liked was that Earworm 7" with Sara Lowes. I didn't like album or any of those singles.... Maybe I needed to hear it more but I gave it 3-4 listens and gave up. They're back with a new 10" called No Love In Your Heart which apparently is part of some series. They sound less like Mercury Rev now (which is a plus) and they've gone for a more 70's Donna Summer approach with some Pink Floyd vocals and some slight prog leanings. Ah... there are the trumpets. I was waiting for them. I still don't really like it though Maggie here thinks it's ace and is gonna buy one.Be the first to review this record.
