1965 Records is shaping up to the worst label I've heard in years. I really can't see the point. Loads of below average indie toss. I like indie toss as well but only when it's done well.... I really don't see the point otherwise. Why go out to a shit restaurant when you can go to a good one?? This BAXTER DURY single called Love In The Garden is the best thing I've heard on the label. For starters Baxter sounds just like his dad... ie bored yet natural sounding. Full of spirit and energy this bounce along head and shoulders above pretty much all the other indie baz! On 1965 Records.. maybe I take it all back?V.ltd 7" vinyl format on James Endeacott's 1965 label. Ian Dury's son & heir ...(2 previous singles on Rough Trade Records).
