Woof. What about this BASEBALL FURIES meets RED ORGAN SERPENT SOUND 10" 1 sided 10" on some label or other? Indeed what about it. If you like DFA stuff and Peaches and the tinkling bell sounds you get in every good Liquid Liquid tune then you'll be horribly excited about this. About as fashionable as it gets if that appeals you know how to buy things by now....Starting life as an energised and off-kilter new-wave moment, Red Organ Serpent Sound's Autobahn has been completely reworked by the Baseball Furies and this dubbed-out club beast is only available as a one-sided limited pressing on the Furies imprint. With the original vocal distorted and double tracked, then layered on top of a stomping bassline and biting synth stabs, it's a dirgey club bomb that's already found favour with Annie Mac, Johnny Slut (Nag Nag Nag) and John Kennedy (XFM) among others. Even Phil Jupitas has been supporting it on his breakfast show on 6Music, although we apologise to anyone that's faced this bottom-end boomer while chomping on their Cornflakes!
