Pajo/ Audrey - Split

I seem to be getting to the bottom of this mammoth review pile and have reached a split EP by PAJO / Audrey on Stereo Test Kit Records. David Christian Pajo's (a.k.a Papa M) 2 tracks 'It's You That Burns' and 'Celebrity Death' are simply high quality acoustic singer song-writer business. The effect on the vocal gives a trippy atmosphere to the music and a slight retro feel. Hearing the name Audrey makes me think of someones gran. It's Bjork's fault that anytime I hear a pretty female voice with a Scandinavian accent I think of her. The music is a lot like Sigur Ros in places. There must be something in the water.
