That SKREAM fellow has been busy of late, spearheading the rapidly growing dubstep scene, providing some subtle future classics of the genre. I have to be honest & admit I probably only like about half his stuff although the occasional tune is in fact blinding beyond any doubt. However, I really don't know how this music stands up to the long playing format whilst keeping your interest from wandering elsewhere. "Hey! Nice table leg you got there, Mrs Davis!" or perhaps "Jesus! Your geraniums are looking mighty healthy Mr. Willis!" Nice crisp percussion, synthesised horn flourishes, skanking reggae dub numbers, spaced out prog stabs & a mid paced malfunctioning space invader keyboard line make up a large proportion of this album which'll no doubt have the critics fumbling around in their sweaty jockstraps for a bludgeoning adjective or gobsmacking praise. He's not the enormous pioneer some have him pegged as, then again, he does provide a suitably mellow & pleasant journey through extra terrestrial space dub fields. 'Check It' ft Warrior Queen warrants a huge thumbs up from me by the way!
