DJ Krush - Stepping Stones - Remixed Best Of..

A MUST FOR ALL DJ KRUSH FANS [like me +_+] yes ppl, and in fact a perfect way to get a first taste of DJ Krush if you've not listened before - but you'll be spoiled! These remixes are not to be stuffed at, and to see most of Krush's favoirites in one place is a treat. [I also recomment 'MiLight' and 'Kakusei' as the most satisfying of his albums] I listened through STEPPING (which I downloaded - sorry K, but I am buying it now on vinyl consequently) - I was initially sceptical as I thought that some of the remixes were a little half arsed. However, no - there's enough reworking here for the discerning ear to have a proverbial orgasm - I say discering for the mixes display a suitably Krushian level of subtlety. In addition that remix of Kemuri blew my mind! The same relentless headnodding beat with melodies and samples reconstructed to an astonishingly bold yet smooth effect. Don't sleep people, GET! >> Chai
