Fury Of The Headteachers - Farewell Comrade

Farewell Comrade by Fury Of The Headteachers

Oh my god. More ace indie musc? Have they been saving all these for the September onslaught? FURY OF THE HEADTEACHERS come back with all guns blazing, brandishing second single 'Farewell Comrade ' & it's just fan-tas-tic. An edgy, frantic, anthemic thrash of hyperactive indie rock with a kinda weird emo-ska feel before it all winds up in the kind of discordant riot we want all bands to be capable of. If that blast of unhinged adrenaline isn't enough, the b-side 'Stumped' sounds like bloody Polvo! A completely wonked out slice of off-kilter jerky schizoid punk that would completely destroy a moshpit. These men are a bit wrong they really are. If anyone from the band's reading this; How many hours have you spent headbanging to 'Today's Active Lifestyles'? Me, I've been there many a time.....Even better than the awesome debut 'Fables', this is on Grace once more & this time comes on CD single too. The seven inch will be here NEXT week, sorry guys!
