What the label says:Their debut full-length "Hit The Floor" is an energized, spastic album - a clever collision of synthy beats and melodies that explode in danceable tracks and punk rock anthems. The first single "The Gap" was released on Cheese dream Records in June 2006 and received heavy rotation on XFM and BBC Radio 1 as well as the video receiving a decent amount of rotation on MTV2. The second single, a double A side featuring "You Did It!" and "Love In The New Millennium" was released on Sink And Stove Records in Aug and was single of the week in NME. A true hybrid of punk, disco, mod-rock and choir music, one can honestly say this album, and this band, is one-of-a-kind. With record sales, press and label interest to prove the buzz, you can expect this band will be working for years to come. They have toured Canada twice, West Coast USA to SXSW, UK and Germany, and showcased at Reading and Leeds in the Summer. They recorded a BBC Live Session with Steve Lamacq and an opened for The Yeah Yeah Yeahs at Vienna Arena in Austria. February sees the band in Japan and Australia.
