A complete change of direction now with 'Ku' The latest work from GREG DAVIES & JEPH JERMAN. The 3 tracks are simply titled 'First Strata', 'Second Strata', 'Third Strata'. The first is all static sounding with liquid sounds and strange movements of what sound like ceramic being scraped with metal. It's dead weird and I can't work out whether this is a field recording or whether its been synthesized or whether it's a combination of the two. The second track is equally as strange with a sound in there that sounds like a cross between a bee and a motorbike. This is really as experimental as audio gets and you'll either be stroking your chin thinking its a work of utter genius or shaking your head thinking it's a load of pretentious avant-garde nonsense.
