THE IMMEDIATE . Another bunch of buzz band folk making melodic indie pop with an epic feel. I quite liked the last single by these as it didn't sound new wave or disco or bedwetter damp. I really can't think of much else to say except I can imagine them keeping the festival masses happy with their blend of classic guitar pop. The influences are far & wide, the songs are pretty good & the closing track is a cover of The Zombies 'Butcher's Tale (Western Front 1914). Recommended.
