What we say
This record left our Ant feeling unmoved.
These guys give their track names numbers which gets very confusing. I
can't remember if this is their fourth single or not (it's not. It's
their twelftyist - x Brian). Track 1 on the CD is called 'Eighteen' and
track 2 is called 'Six'. I can't be
bothered finding out if either of these are on the album or not as no
doubt you many fans will buy it on
all 3 formats regardless. These strike me as a band that would have
been really popular about 15 years ago so I'm a little confused as to
why they have become so popular now. Their sound is a little dated to
these ears. They do have energy and passion however and I do respect
the fact that they're still putting their stuff out on their own
Dance To The Radio
label as I'm sure they've probably had interest from the majors. I
wouldn't say that this was their strongest single and after listening
to it for the first time I've
forgotten what it sounds like. I know it sounds like Forward Russia though and the
Napolean IIIrd mix on the CD sounds like the Cure with the horns and the vocal is very
Robert Smith. The 7" comes in 2 parts. The ltd edition clear vinyl has a
Yes Boss remix and a Roller Coaster Project remix. The B-side on the other 7" is Fourteen. Phew........
