We have a rather nifty compilation showcasing the more off-kilter shambling side of DIY leftfield music. 'Caff / Flick' is on Half / Half records and features: Moat, Munch Munch, Leopard Leg, Woman, Lucky Dragons, Jesus Licks, Tap Tap, Knowth, Ftse 100, Cleckhuddersfax and loads more bands / artists I've never heard of. The highlight for me is 'Hunter! Hunter!' by Leopard Leg which is a glorious racket which reminds me a little of Magik Markers. This is quite varied and has something for everyone including an appearance by Petrified who do a smashing death metal number. This should sell for £7.00 but we're selling it for £6.95. Just think what you could do with that 5p. You could buy five Black Jacks and turn up to work five days in a row with a black mouth and pretend you've got ebola.
