Napoleon IIIrd/ Pagan Wanderer Lu - Split

Split by Napoleon IIIrd/ Pagan Wanderer Lu

Napoleon IIIrd have a split single with Pagan Wanderer Lu. It's a ltd hand numbered 7" jobbie on Brainlove Records of which there are only 500 copies. Napoleon IIrd's side 'Hit Schmooze For Me' musically sounds a little like Anticon's Why? but with a british vocal. And Phillip says it sounds like Polyphonic Spree who I've never heard. You may remember their debut single on the Dance To The Radio label. Pagan Wanderer Lu's effort has a really cheap sounding drum machine with soft acoustic guitar and some horns. A little twee for me I have to say. I can imagine the poor lad getting beaten up at school by meatheads for being into poetry and hanging out with the ugly girls. Fans of The Boy Least Likely to and Darren Hayman may be into this one.
