My favourite joke at the moment is Q/ "Why are Venetian blinds the best invention the world has ever seen?" A/ "Because without them it would be curtains for us all!!" Boom fucking boom. Well That leads me onto a 7" on Tomlab by The Curtains. It's sweetly quirky 60's inspired psych folk gear with a wonky eyed innocence, stuck somewhere between Love, The Red Krayola & judging by that discreet noise in the background, Hawkwind. Yes. The flip side is definitely like a skewed update of San Francisco's finest. This is 'N' in the alphabet series.
