Now the new album from Jessica Baliff called Feels like home on Kranky records. She's a new one to me though this is her 4th solo album. She's got a good sound mixing folk guitar and breathy vocals with sonic exploration and invention. It's got that mesmorising hypnotic power that slows you down and takes you to nice places near the Cornish sea or some place that you love and feel relaxed... please don't say the pub. I mean with nature and that... honestly you ruin every mood I try to re-create.... If she played my local pub we would all be drinking out of oyster shells and picking out crabs from our hair.
