A slight shift in sound to the Trencher/ Phil Collins 3 split 7" on Smoking Gun records. Trencher make a right old cocking racket. Somewhere between Merzbow, Melt Banana and some of the old Earache gear. Depending what mood you're in this is either gonna find this tremendous fun or it's gonna be the most hateful thing you've ever heard in your life. Either way it's pretty terrifying and you will need to invest in spare undercrackers. The flipside by Phil Collins 3 continues the insanity but in a slightly less insane way. Think of it as like Trencher are in solitary confinement in straightjackets whilst the Phil Collins 3 are on a ward with the other disturbeds.....Pass me the medication sister.....Be the first to review this record.
