Everyone's favourite Dubstepper's are back on form with two exciting releases on the mighty fine Soul Jazz label. 'Misty Winter' is trademark Mystikz with its rolling percussion, heavy as hell sub-bass and rasta samples. 'Conference' is wicked too and sees them getting back to their deeper melodic style rather than the minimal approach taken on their recent output. Again the bassline and percussion are top drawer and the feeling is sinister with the almost tribal congo's that make me think of some scary voodoo witch doctor.Originally released on Soul Jazz Records on the same day in 2006, these two 12”s have since been fetching over £50 on ebay making them two of the most-in demand Dubstep singles around.
