Vetiver I've never quite got. That last album never really did much for me.... I know he's part of Jesus Banhart's live band (called Hairy Fairy) 'n all but I've never really got my head around his inoffensive brand of folk. This new album features folks from Espers, Currituck County, Beachwood Sparks and the hairy cornflake (Banhart) himself. This is pleasant enough Americana/ folk which bimbles along pleasantly enough but ultimately (for me anyway) is pretty un awe inspiring. The initial CD's come with a bonus disc and there's only 1000 of 'em. On 2LP as well for you non digital types....Be the first to review this record.
