Always been a bit suspish of Be Your Own Pet. Too much Yeah Yeah Yeah's too soon after that band have taken a hiatus. But 'Let's Get Sandy' is equal parts Karen O Melted into a thrash Banana smoothie. It lasts a minute & is possibly one of the most fun records XL has ever released after Prodigy's Out Of Space & the Whirlwind Heat album. It lasts about a minute & the flip is a load of lo-fi fucking around but hey, these cool yanks will have their cake & throw it around till everyone's smothered. 7"/CDs
