A solo full length drops this week from Jel on San Francisco's ever fine Anticon label. 'Soft Money' is accessible alternative Hip-Hop executed with utter class. The lyrics as you'd expect from this member of Themselves are highly intelligent and the beats are just dope. There are some fresh instrumentals on here but the rap tracks stand out with Jel's sick flow which sounds great with some distortion on a few of the cuts. Perfect for maxin' at the crib.
