Crazy the French are. Well if you saw the records we get from over the Channel then you'd totally agree! (they probably think us lot are total madheads too...) So check this odd 7" by The Envelopes. It has an armour plated rhino on the cover & the music is skittering, shambling psychedelic indie fun pop made by at least 1 boy & a girl who've been on magic mushrooms & kronenbourg all weekend. This is one of the bloody wonkiest records I've ever heard. like early Gorky's blended with the Wannadies getting chucked out of a wendy house. Excellent!Be the first to review this record.
