Usually Bonnie 'Prince' Billy would be top of the review pile (well for most shops anyway) Imagine all the album of the week/month/decade plaudits he receives all over the shop. Well, we here at the towers consider him to be of no more importance than a new Grime artist from Peckham or some shambling indie ladies from Wakefield or even Teen Anthems. It's all bloody music. Sush up yer reverence. A US only LIVE cd on Sea Note called 'Summer In The Southeast' is here & if you dig his yearning countryfied take on mature rock music then you'll be elated with it. Personally I think his schizophrenic beard is the most fascinating thing about the man. He makes trampiness a virtue, bless.Be the first to review this record.
