Grim Dubs - Vol 5 (Atki12 revealed as artist)

Wobblesome tech grime staggerathon anyone? Grim Dubs 5 is here to join It's confusing siblings from the past few months. Dunno what the purpose of this stuff is. It's pretty good indeed but registers on my annoyance-o-meter quite highly. Ver tunes've all got to be glitchy & tweaked to fuck to satisfy the electronic geek lust of It's anonymous creator. The tunes never really get an opportunity to come alive before being invaded by hard techno bass drums, pre-programmed high-tech fannies & cock-tastic squiggles so it all sounds like Digital Myztiks being raped by some V. Snares worshipping spod who's too clever to know when to let the bloody rhythms BREATHE. So, OK, I'm more a purist as far as the whole dubstep/grime scene goes, however, Crispin & Tarquin Cleverbreaks-Smythe never know when enough's a-bloody nuff. Frustrating.
