New single by Kid 606. The last Kid 606 album was quite interesting because its one of the few times he's made any music that is vaguely listenable. According to the press blurb this was the album da Kid has always wanted to make - so why didn't he bloody make it before then instead of dulling our senses with endless re-hashes of the same idea for years on end? Hmmm I don't mean it Kidda, really. Anyway pointless gripes aside this is quite a lovely tune that is head and shoulders above a lot of the other electronica soup. It features mixes by the usual lot - Her Space Holiday, Mogwai, Boo Radleys (I joke of course - it's Brave Captain), Dwayne Sodahberk. as well as two versions of 'Heartbeat' previously recorded by not-as-good-as-everyone-thinks Annie.
