Here's an Espers album. I was a bit late to pick up on the debut album which is a true psyche folk classic but I got there in the end. This album is a mixed bag of covers and odds and sods. Expect covers by Durutti Column, Nico, Michael Hurley, Blue Oyster Cult as well as 2 traditional folk songs and one new Espers track. They have their own sound-o-pretty which is really quite unlike anyone else's and this album sounds much 'cleaner' than their debut. Still if you're into folk (and there's a lot of you who are at the mo) Espers pretty much do it as well as anyone else does in my humble opinion!Tracklisting:
Rosemary Lane (4:38)
Tomorrow (4:06)
Black Is The Color (5:33)
Afraid (3:11)
Blue Mountain (4:47)
Flaming Telepaths (9:58)
Dead King (4:39)
