Words and Music continues its re-issue campaign of dark and mysterious long forgotten '80's bands with a re-issue of 'Mania' by The Lucy Show. Its definitely of its era with quite a lot of reverbed guitars and that 80's syn-drum sound but it will definitely appeal to people who enjoyed the recent For Against re-issues. The sound is an autumnal brew of shimmering pop rock that recalls Echo and the Bunnymen, 'Lifes Rich Pageant' era REM, early Stone Roses and Jesus and Mary Chain.
