Another 7", this time a heavy duty red vinyl by Black Basque who just may have heard The Fall once. Or twice. 'Time's A Factor' is on Skinny Dog, has the most grinding bass line of the month & the whole thing sounds a tad skittery, drunken & awkward like It's just stepped out of the shower & run into it's mother in law. Tis' all in the production you see. There's a distinct nod to a couple of old Yank indie noise crews I can't quite access from my ravaged memory.
