This record left our Brian feeling unmoved.
Ladytron have found a way of immaculately plagiarizing both My Bloody Valentine & the Kinks at the same time to satisfy their lusty craving for top 20 fame, fortune & TOTP vanity meltdown. A perfect case file if anyone wants to open one into how pop genuinely is just scoffing itself like some cannibalistic cancer from inside. Now with Island cracking the whip, they really seem to me to have lost their innocent, euphoric pop nous but the album will give us the full make-or-break story.....'Sugar' is on 7", 12", CDs with loadsa tedious re-mixes done by tedious people.
