New CD from Davenport on Time Lag which actually came in last week but sold not 1 copy. Battle however sold loads and loads. Guess which is the better record? These lot haven't gone down the Starsailor route. Instead they have followed their muse into a brand of semi improvised droney music that recalls Sun City Girls, Vibracathedral Orchestra, Sunburned Hand of Man, Jackie O Motherfucker etc etc. I know that's put 99.9999% of people off but I really don't care anymore.
