One of the main reasons I'm a bit funny with Sigur Ros (apart from the pompous thing) is that they once had black snow transported half way across the world for use in a video shoot. Even Emerson Lake & Palmer in the height of their mid '70's indulgence would frown upon such an expensive and environment crushing whim. Anyway the reason I mention all this is that we have their new album (Sigur Ros, not Emerson, Lake and Palmer -though they are virtually interchangeable) on vinyl. It has already used half the worlds packaging supplies by the looks of it . I won't listen to it as last time I heard Sigur Ros I fell into such a long and deep depression that I'm only just clambering out of it now.Be the first to review this record.
