That last Alterkicks single was a right load of old cobblers, like Coldplay or some such wet baz. Newie 'Oh Honey' on Moshi Moshi is a real improvement. A catchy, perky foot tapper spilling infectious shapes & a bit of raw soul into the frantic strummy pop mix. Can imagine it cheering folk up on the way home as It's a made for radio smash to these ears. Singer is a Chris Martin clone though, even though they hail from Liverpool.
